Kirk Minihane and Justin Trudell air their beef

Pat went for it right away. He asked how the whole thing started, and Justin gave a 1-word answer that confirmed it.

For anyone who missed the earlier rounds: Kirk has been at Barstool since May 2019, after the Kirk and Callahan years at WEEI and a Radio.com show that never actually launched. Justin produced The Kirk Minihane Show, and now he doesn't. Kirk had already been talking about the split on his own show weeks before this. On the September 24 KMS, he told the audience they had to pick a side.

Out and About put both sides on one call. Pat and Kelly Keegs hosted from the couch, with Kirk and Justin on remote feeds, and the episode went exactly how you'd expect a Kirk reunion to go. Fans were comparing it to Jerry Springer within a couple hours. Then Pat asked the question that sounded nice and was really a setup: what job would Kirk like to see Justin do next?

Kirk didn't stop at Justin. He went through everyone who has come up under him at Barstool and, in very Kirk fashion, ripped the whole list, himself included.

It's a joke, but it's a good one, because it hits his own guys and himself in the same line. Kirk's whole act is saying the thing he knows will land worst, and the daddy-issues comment that started this was that act aimed at his own producer. The difference this time is that Justin was on the call and got to answer. Nobody really fixed anything, but both of them are laughing about it in public now, which beats the side-picking from September. The next thing to watch is where Justin ends up at Barstool, because Kirk is going to have something to say about it either way.
