Bradish (3-6, 3.44) draws Braydon Fisher and a Blue Jays bullpen day for a 2:07 PM CT first pitch at Rogers Centre. The market sees a coin flip — Pinnacle has Toronto at -105 and Baltimore at -103 — but the pitching edge on paper is not subtle.

Bradish is the same guy who shut these Blue Jays down for 7 scoreless on May 31, scattering 4 hits in a 94-pitch outing. Fisher, meanwhile, is technically the starter but really an opener — Toronto has now ridden him out as a 1-inning bridge multiple times in 2026 because the rotation has been gutted by injuries. Last time out against Miami he threw 12 pitches and handed it off. Expect Spencer Miles or whichever long man is up to eat the bulk.

The Orioles are rolling — 4 wins in their last 5, capped by a 13-3 demolition of Toronto on Friday night. The Blue Jays have lost 4 of 5 and are now staring down a starter who has owned them all year while their own staff is held together with tape.

Speaking of tape: the injury list is where this game really tilts. Toronto is without Daulton Varsho again on Sunday, Alejandro Kirk is still working back from the thumb, and the rotation is missing Scherzer, Cease, Bieber, Berrios, Francis, and Estrada. That is not a typo. Baltimore's medical report is no picnic either — Mountcastle, Westburg, Eflin, and Bautista are all long-term outs — but Samuel Basallo is back behind the plate batting 5th, which is a real lineup boost.

The total sits at 8.5 with the under juiced to -113, and that feels about right given Bradish's form against an offense missing its center fielder and primary catcher. Lean Orioles, sweat the bullpen if it gets to the 7th, and try not to think about how thin Toronto's rotation looks for the rest of June.
