Barstool Big Boys, the podcast T-bob, Dana Beers, Ella Grif and Mike Katic run together, dropped a Headbands episode on Aug. 18 with Chef Donny sitting in as the guest, and it went about how you'd expect for a guy who cooks for a living but apparently can't play a guessing game to save his life.
Chef Donny and the crew sit in headbands and sweatbands, cracking up as they play the guessing game bit for the new episode.
That episode was just the appetizer. A day later, Dante the Don teased that he and Chef Donny had spent the morning cooking up meatball sliders, with the rest of the Big Boys crew reportedly "crawling out of the woodwork" begging for a taste. Dante called the episode this footage is headed for a banger.

The full podcast, which normally drops new episodes every Thursday, put out a fresh installment on Aug. 19, with the hosts thanking fans for helping push the show "to the moon." Chef Donny wasn't done cooking, either — later that same night he posted a segment of Brandon, who goes by the handle @BFW, ranking 3 different hot dog styles from best to worst.
Brandon tastes and ranks 3 different hot dog builds at a kitchen counter, working through condiments and toppings dish by dish.
But the BFW tag didn't just draw laughs about hot dog rankings — it reopened an old wound. A tweet noting that Brandon had blocked a wave of fans on Twitter blew up to nearly 1,000 replies, with people swapping their own stories about getting cut off by him.

Almost 1000 replies already, filled with stories about how @BFW blocked them
None of it seems to be slowing the show down. Katic, a former Indiana Hoosiers offensive lineman and team captain, and the rest of the Big Boys crew have leaned into the chaos rather than away from it, and Chef Donny's back-to-back cameos suggest he's becoming a recurring fixture rather than a one-off guest. Whether the meatball slider episode lands on the usual Thursday drop or gets held for a bigger rollout, it's shaping up to be the one fans are already talking about.
